Advertising disclosure
Home Resilience Check may be funded by display advertising. Advertising is kept separate from the calculator’s source rules, safety warnings and calculated quantities.
AdSense
The site includes Google AdSense publisher code for ownership verification and advertising eligibility. Google may serve advertisements only when the site/account is approved and according to the advertising settings in effect. In regions where consent is required, an appropriate Google-certified consent management platform must be configured before personalised ads are served.
Affiliate links
The current site does not need affiliate links to perform the resilience calculation. If affiliate links are introduced in future, they should be clearly identified at the point of use and any commission must not change the quantity the planner says is required.
No paid placement inside calculations
A product manufacturer cannot pay to make the calculator recommend a larger water reserve, more food, a larger battery or a particular safety action. Product marketing and editorial/calculator logic should remain separate.
Ads are not endorsements
Appearance of an advertisement does not mean Home Resilience Check has tested, approved or endorsed the advertised product or service.
